Lois decided to keep us in the cellar for the wine tasting. She noted that there were monthly dinners/events at the winery and that during the course of the meal your dining group moves from location to location in the winery. One of the courses is consumed in the cellar. She also noted that these dinners were quite an experience, not to be missed. Hmmm…
